Bread & Bakery

All of our bread is homemade on site from scratch using flour from our local Cotswold mill. The process of making Blake’s bread takes around 17 hours, using only flour, water, salt and yeast.

Every day we bake a selection of real bread, including white, malted multigrain, wholemeal spelt, Maslin sourdough, fougasse, focaccia, brioche, ciabatta and French pastries.

These are all handmade by us, from scratch. We add no preservatives or artificial flour improvers like most bakeries, and we make everything in our kitchen using only the best quality, natural ingredients.
