Our much-loved Hot Cross Buns are back from 1st March, right up until Easter (everyday at Clanfield and Thursday-Sunday every week at Coleshill). Along with our Creme Egg Scotch Eggs, and for the very first time we have baked Semla Buns (be quick - our Semla buns will be making their final appearance at Clanfield this Friday, 23rd Feb). 

We know January can be blue, so grab yourself a hot drink (cinnamon bun if you're lucky), curl up and read on about some feel good news.

We've had a very busy end to the year at Blake's Kitchen. In the last few weeks we welcomed Coleshill as the third spot in our family of café/bakeries. The team have worked tirelessly to open our newest site located in the Buscot & Coleshill Estate (part of the National Trust).

Ho, ho ho! The Blake's Christmas Shop is now open on our website! Place your order now for collection from Clanfield on 23rd or 24th December... but be quick! Stocks are limited for each day. Please note we will be closing at 2pm on Christmas Eve so all orders will need to be collected before this time

June heralds the beginning of summer, a month of long sunny days (well, fingers crossed), of lazy days spent outdoors and enjoying delicious fresh food. Here at Blake's we're bringing the sunshine to our seasonal menu with some show stoppers emerging from our bakery and kitchen teams.

May 2023 will go down in history as a month of long weekends, celebrations and cake. Our early-May Kitchen Diary brings news of Coronation specials, Father's Day planning and little celebration of our own....

Spring is very nearly upon us. A time for regeneration and new growth. Here in the kitchen the Blake's team have been busy cooking up ideas for the coming months. So without further ado... cake anyone? 

Now, perhaps more than ever, we see people focusing on the quality of the food they eat, the care and skill with which ingredients are treated and the value for money eating out represents. So in the kitchen this month we're cooking up hearty soups and unctuous toasties for a great value winter warmer offer; we're also rewarding fans of the Cinnamon Bun and we're getting romantic with some sweet treats for Valentine's Day.
